1. As much as I am a Sega guy, I never liked the Master System. I think a key component to that is the sound chip. Except for some rare occasions like Sonic the Hedgehog 1, I just dislike the music it outputs. It's definitely my least favorite Sega console.

2. Bethesda has always fascinated me more as a publisher than a developer. Give me Wolfenstein, Doom, Dishonored over Fallout any day.

3. DMC: Devil May Cry isn't a bad game. Just because it looks and plays differently than the rest of the series does not inherently make it bad. If it was called something different and featured different characters, I'm sure it would've been better received.

4. As much as I know that PC gaming is the superior platform for gaming, I just never liked playing on PC. Maybe it's just my poor experiences using Mouse and Keyboard or the numerous crashes that frustrated me. While consoles are not as "polished", I prefer playing them.

5. The Original XBox is the best Xbox system. I think during the 360 age Microsoft took less and less risks because they were at the top, which caused them to make some questionable decision like the Kinect. The OG Xbox had some really unique and amazing titles.

6. I definitely have a preference to AAA titles over indies. As much as I admire indies for pushing the envelope and trying out new things, I found myself connected more to franchises I have known for years. That being said, some indies have captured my heart. Celeste much?

7. Mortal Kombat X is still my favorite fighting game this generation so far. Maybe it's not the most tournament-ready game, but in terms of the controls, story, presentation, and MANY features, it stands hands and shoulders above others.

8. The WiiU has the worst controller I used. I am not talking about the Pad, that's its own can of worms. The Pro Controller never felt good to hold, especially with the inane decision to put its right analog stick ABOVE the buttons making it hard to play games like Bayonetta 2.

9. Metal Gear Solid V is still an amazing game. Even if it wasn't completed and the story reeks, it still stands as the zenith of stealth games. Just infiltrating a random base and taking each soldier out and then attaching them to a balloon to fly them away is the best.

10. My favorite Kirby games are the unique ones. Kirby Epic Yarn is my favorite and then Canvas Curse. For EY it's because of the charming visuals and music, and for CC for the surprising amount of challenge. Which leads me to the next point...

11. Never been a huge Kirby fan. I liked some of his games like Super Star, but it never stuck with me like Sonic or Mario did.

12. Generation 4 of Pokemon will always be my least favorite. Except a select few it has the most underwhelming selection of Pokemon, the world lack personality, I don't like the evil team (despite their leader) and to me Gen 5 trumps it in almost every way.

13. Brawl isn't a bad game. In fact I wasn't even aware of the tripping until people brought it up. It has a special place in my heart after waiting 6+ years since Melee. It has more character to it than Smash 4 ever did.

14. Assassin's Creed 2 was the best game in the series until Origins. I did not like Brotherhood that much, and Black Flag doesn't even feel like an AC game. Might as well make a pirate game Ubisoft! See you at Skulls & Bones later this year!

15. The PS3 was my favorite system the last generation. Despite its terrible launch and having to wait 3 years for it to catch up, it housed some of the best gaming experiences I have had at the time. Thank god the PS4 made it a whole lot better.

16. I love game exclusivity because it means we can get great games out of it. This is why the Xbox One disappointed me so much after a decent launch because not only their exclusive lineup has been dry, but a lot of it has been ported to PC ever since.

17. I don't like Journey. I never got why it won so many GOTY awards back in 2012. Yes it looks and sounds great, but the story never moved me nor did the ending made me shed a tear. I guess I prefer my games to actually play like... well... games.

18. I said it before, but Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex isn't that bad of a game. My only real gripe is that I wish they had less vehicle levels and focus on the platforming which I genuinely loved. Heck I even liked the controls a smidge more than the N. Sane Trilogy.

19. The PSP Go is a great system. As much as I am a fan of physical media, it actually feels good in your hand and the fact you can use a PS3 controller with it makes it my go-to PSP system to use. It's basically a PSTV before that even existed.

20. I didn't think the lineup for the Playstation Classic was bad as many others did. Sure there were omissions but they had some nice surprises like the original Persona. That being said, it doesn't excuse the shoddy porting job of the games themselves.

21. I don't like Wind Waker that much. I do think the HD version improved some of the issues I had with the original game, but I still don't like sailing and especially the bloated Triforce Quest.

22. Sonic 06 is NOT the worst Sonic game. I can think of at least 3 games that I'd rank lower than it. If I'm 100% honest it's actually kind of a guilty pleasure of mine.

23. I kind of wish that instead of bringing the Pokemon Trainer back to Ultimate, we could just have Squirtle Ivysaur and Charizard as individual characters. Charizard already had his designated B+Down move, so it'll be nice to see what the other two could've gotten.

24. As much as Spider-Man 2 was beloved back in the day, the game is far from perfect. In fact the final boss is one of the most frustrating fights I had to play in recent memory. Insmoniac's Spider-Man blows it out of the water in every conceivable way.

25. I only really enjoyed the first 3 Halos and ODST, from there on none of the games in the series captivated me the same way. Same with Destiny, while it's good, it just never really made an impact on me.

26. The Switch should have an equivalent to Achievements and Trophies. I don't know why I love collecting trophies so much but it adds more to my gaming satisfaction to earn a Plat and I wish the Switch, especially 2 generations later, should have had something similar.
