I hate Mineta but I like hating Mineta because you're supposed to hate him for comedy reasons. Bakugo's just mean.
Bakugo does mellow a bit later, Mineta is a twerp and his power is not impressive by any means. He is the lone sore spot of the series for me.

I don't rank characters on how strong or useful they are. I rank them on how much I like them and their personality.

Yeah and it is really hard for me to like his personality. He is at his funniest when Aizawa shuts him up Lol.
