that's usually how it goes for any press coverage or hands on opportunity E3 provides since it's such a huge event. That's why a lot of journalists and what not were confused when it was open to the public cause they were all 'you still need to make an appointment for things'
Well it's how it should be. I still remember horror stories that people stood in line 7 hours to play the Wii back in 2006.
