New episodes of #DataDialoguesPodcast released today (wherever you listen to your podcasts!): 10. Oyster parties for community health with Tico Aran 🦪 11. Native spectrum sovereignty with @blackwatersoul 📶 12. #Environmental work generates community wealth with Tico & Darrah 🌳
Tico Aran is proudly standing with hands on hips and has a speech bubble coming from his mouth showing that he is talking with you. Tico has wavy black hair brushed off of his face and is wearing a t-shirt. He is smiling like a friend inviting you in. Above Tico are the words "Data Dialogues" and the starburst logo for OEDP. At the bottom of image reads "Tico Aran in conversation with Angela Eaton."
Darrah Blackwater is standing facing you wearing a tank top, a delicate bead necklace, long traditional earrings and a woven skirt. Darrah has a direct look, long wavy hair that goes down to her waist, and, on one of her arms, a flower tattoo with some writing. Above Darrah is "Data Dialogues" and the starburst logo for OEDP. At bottom of the image is the text "Darrah Blackwater in conversation with Angela Eaton."

This is such a great piece on the work & are doing to connect the Navajo Nation. I really appreciate Darrah's explanation of the relationship between spectrum policy & indigenous rights and sovereignty.

Honored to be part of this chat happening today about technology and climate. I'll speak on Indigenous stewardship and how spectrum sovereignty for Indigenous peoples fits into that. See you there!
