So basically the question is simple how can i stream in portrait mode with an encoder and not have blackbars even though my output is portrait youtube still shows it as landscape with blackbars
@TeamYouTube When i livestream in portrait mode it still displays in landscape with black bars on left and right side i am streaming in 1080x1920 resolution with OBS studio. When i record and upload the video it works, if i live stream it, it doesn't work. How do i work it out?

That's strange! Do you see this happening while streaming from multiple browsers? Keep us posted.

I'm not quite sure I understood your question, can you elaborate? Here's an image of my obs settings atm 720x1280 output and on youtube you see 1280x720 output (with black bare to fill the screen) so i want to achieve portrait but still getting landscapepic.twitter.com/xDxHy5LnVc
