It seems pretty easy to answer. But in real life it has a lot to do with churn and bad word of mouth. Higher CPC, CPA and of course, hogher CAC. So working on distribution with an MVP it’s a mistake. With a MLP(minimum lovable product) distribution is frictionless.

Very true. Distribution is often an afterthought for founders when in fact the most productive distribution methods are built right into the product from day 1.

So true. I remember my time building mobile apps at Walmart labs - suddenly distribution wasn’t an issue. Build it and next day 300MM people were using it. So you could just focus on product. Was very nice :)
