That link will download iStat Menus 5.11 (610). We’ve fixed a bit in the last 24 hours, so it might be newer than the version you have.

@bjango Is it known that you can't reorder the menu bar items?

@jonnguy But you can still place iStat Menus’ items next to Spotlight, and in other places.

@bjango yeah on El Cap. I was trying to do the Command + Click to move around, but nothing seemed to happen

@jonnguy We can't use that method any more, unfortunately.

@bjango interesting.. Didn’t know that was an API 😁.. I thought all menu bar things automatically had them.. Damn :(

@jonnguy Nope. Only Apple’s items can be ⌘-dragged, unless you’re a bit sneaky and clever. Sadly, the days of being sneaky are behind us.

@bjango yessssss we’re back in business. No immediate issues found on my late-2010 MBA.

@bjango - do you plan to provide separate bar elements like in the non-beta? Currently it's one iStatMenus-blob moving all icons at once :(

@shirkrin You can reorder items under the “Combined / Order” tab in iStat Menus iteslf.

@bjango I’m getting crashes when attempting to connect to a VPN. Not sure if it was happening on the build posted last night or not.

@bjango noticing that my system battery menu item isn’t updating correctly (have to toggle Show %). Not sure if this is related to iStat…

@jtbandes Apple’s menu item? Or the one in iStat Menus? If it’s Apple’s item, it’s near-impossible for it to be our fault!

    3. Jacob Bandes-Storch ‏@jtbandes Jun 23

@bjango Yeah, Apple's. Thought it might be possible since you're apparently able to move the system standard menu items around. Maybe not!

@bjango did you have to move away from MenuCracker? My app uses that as well. I was wondering what you solution is.

    2. Bjango ‏@bjango Jul 8

@VolitansSW Yep, unfortunately. We’re just using Status Items on OS X 10.11. Doesn’t seem like MenuCracker has a future.

@bjango That’s what I feared. Thanks for the response. Guess I’ll have to go that direction as well.
