Do you think every show with an asshole lead actor is now brainstorming their "how do we write him out if accusers come forward" plan?

If I'm a showrunner, the next time such an actor gave me a problem, I have a two-page scene sent to him.
"What's this?"
"It's the scene where you say goodbye to everyone. We're shooting and putting it in the bank in case you have a Kevin Spacey situation."

I think the next place this goes is those sets that have batshit insane lead actors terrorizing everyone on set, enabled by studio and network.

Agree. Insane showrunners too. We advance from sexually abusive to just plain abusive

Given that the Weinstein Company had a "pay for rape" clause in Weinstein's employment contract, it strikes me as probably far from the first time lawyers have covered a Hollywood company's ass in this regard.

When we brought witches into S2, it occurred to me that they could just change someone's face. Never used it (sweetheart cast) but pocketed that for the future. Always have witches!!

Someone I know worked on a medical show and said a running joke was "we can always do an ambulance explosion"

I'm willing to bet that you can't name three shows that don't have an asshole lead actor. You should also know that there's a huge difference between being an asshole lead actor and a sexual predator.
