Because they're ridiculously expensive. I generally buy cars second hand and sub 20k. Not seeing many teslas on the market in that price range

Until SUV-sized electric vehicles have a range of 500 miles in cold climates, I have no interest in one.

Bike vehicles are required. You can buy them but they're very expensive due to not being mass produced. Until then buy a bike I reckon.

Manufacturing electric car/batteries bad for the env. Power plants are not able to keep up if everyone charges cars, & not eco friendly. They're expensive Charging stations not prevalant in remote areas Bikes suck in a myriad of ways - bad weather, danger, distance, speed, energy

Bikes suck way less than you think (I've used them extensively when I've had the chance), but I agree that they're not ideal in all situations. But there is public transportation. What we need is *real* investment in public transportation, everywhere.
