    I'm so grateful we have a presidential primary in Colorado this year instead of a caucus.

    In 2016 when CO’s caucus failed, and I demanded the switch to a presidential primary. Too many voices are disenfranchised through caucus. Every voice should be heard.

    We have the technology to rapidly diagnose coronavirus in every major metro area. The problem is the bureaucracy! Decentralized testing should be immediately expedited, with executive order if necessary. Every CLIA-certified lab should be able to do this, it’s just RT-PCR.

    Since CDC and FDA haven’t authorized public health or hospital labs to run the tests, right now is the only place that can. So, screening has to be rationed. Our ability to detect secondary spread among people not directly tied to China travel is greatly limited.
