Ok let’s see 1. Genetic egalitarianism is the current fad 2. Eugenics is a tool of society 3. If eugenics were pervasive in our society, it would be used to amplify genetic egalitarianism — not to counter it.

1 and 2 are correct. No need for “would,” 3 is already happening, to damn near the greatest extent possible. Immigration and the welfare state are de facto dysgenic policies.
