Coffee and water are absolutely OP. Drink a cup of coffee (milk and creams is ok in it!) in between breakfast and lunch and you won't need to snack. Drink water, like alot in meals. Carrying around a hydro flask is hella useful cause it constantly reminds you to drink. In terms..
