Of food there are things you can eat to get rid of cravings. Personally I hate forcing myself to eat veggies, like it's a punishment lmao. Nuts are pretty damn good. I recommend like a fistful of almonds in between meals. For breakfast I put salsa on my eggs, like two spoons..

Of salsa. It adds flavor to my eggs and is almost no calories. Also! I know you didn't ask but a huge advice would be DON'T eat after 8pm. Drink water instead if you feel hungry. Eating late night foods, especially salty ones, makes you really bloated and swollen. Hope this helps

The biggest part of these whole diet things and lifestyle changes is to not be extreme and go 0-100. You're fit already so you have time to take it slow and transition into it! If you go too ham immediately it becomes hard to maintain. You got a strong mental so you got this FREE
