    The Atlantic Council is a sinister organization whose actions pose a threat to humanity's existence. I wish that was hyperbole.

    2 out of 4 of my past landlords tried to withhold the deposit at the last moment. One I had to threaten to take to a small claims court, the other I did.

    This is just factually not true. According to Shelter, 45% of tenants in England have been victims of illegal behaviour from landlords.

    I continue to stand by this, since someone recently found it. I hope there’s some kind of HIG holy war going on internally, terrible decision for macOS. There are some dialogs where it’s actually good (auth in particular), but on the whole, not so much.

    Been coming around on macOS Big Sur a bit. However, and I was just rereading the AppKit release notes section on NSAlert which reminded me: the vertically stacked alert dialogs look like shit. Sorry, they are garbage. Bad UI for the Mac that should not have been adopted from iOS.

    A few months ago, my clients Larry Jefferson and Christopher Chambers filed a lawsuit against Sheriff Alex Villanueva and the LASD after being brutalized by several deputies. Recently, Larry was found dead after having sheriff's deputies sitting outside his family's home.
