To flourish as a society each individual needs liberty & resources to contribute fully. This is the libertarians ideal. The danger to this ideal are individuals (and constructs) who oppress/exploit others and resources and who out of fear of scarcity hoard resources.

Lets be clear, it are those who would exploit, oppress & hoard at the cost of others and the planet who are the enemy of the libertarian ideal. They destroy not only the libertarian ideal of a society of free individuals, they also corrupt the institutions a free society creates.
