You're not really getting half-tax in December, or zero tax in July. The actual tax rate is 25%(?), but raised in other months to accomodate

Vacation pay (feriepenger) should be about 11% of income last year. Meaning usual income tax is around 36% other than July and December.

For every month not July or December, it's 35% of your earnings that month.

For July you get Vacation pay instead of regular salary (11% of last years total income), and the tax is 0%.

pre-tax. It's also paid by your employer that year. So if you had two jobs last year you should get vacation pay from both this year.
