Public? What's that? All true property is private. The state owns only what it steals. Usually via extortion (taxes).

If the state doesn't "steal" some property it'll all be taken by the first people to get there leaving nothing for anyone else
That's how property works. First worked claim owns. After that, must purchase from owner.

Not even close. The only reason US healthcare costs so much is state involvement. Separate medicine from state, & cost will hugely decrease.
