If you're writing #elmlang & not pulling in basically every community `Extra` package… you're doing yourself a disservice. The stdlib lacks.

I like a minimal standard library, as long as extras exist for... extra functionality.

`List.last` shouldn't be in the stdlib? Or `Result.mapBoth`? Or `Maybe.join`? I say these are necessary.

I've noticed that there's no concept of loadable code in Elm. An application is one big crystal diamond.

What'd be awesome is the ability to compose Elm "apps"--rather than being tied to a monolith.

I agree. Elixir's light-weight processes are a good model. Each with its own update loop & subscriptions.

Should have said "Erlang", the originator of the idea. I like Elixir better, but that's esthetics.
