Now let’s focus on the real issue. Last night Trump made it clear that he sees racism and an overt appeal to white supremacy as his path to victory. In a city a year from marking the 100th anniversary of a racist massacre, he called tributes to the Confederacy “our monuments.”
Trump has essentially declared that the theme for his campaign is what it’s always been: pure hate for people who don’t look like him and his supporters. Are you registered to vote? Are you registering others? What’s your plan?
