When you treat big, long-standing problems as a "crisis" that can be fixed with increased funding for new services, you will be disappointed in the results. Addressing mental illness and homelessness require an overhaul of current health+housing systems.

It's that time of year again for this meteorological quirk... Yesterday's hottest and coldest temps in the U.S. were in central California... almost a 100-degree difference... and a mere 160 miles (as the crow flies) apart!
