Glad to join many local groups in California calling on to take action to #SaveSolar. Charging people a fee for putting solar on their roofs is not what we need in 2021

KS went thru this. Our state supremes ruled solar fees are discriminatory. CA needs to do the same!

- the proposed NEM 3.0 rates would dramatically impact those of us building affordable housing. New “Grid Benefits Charge” limits benefits to residents and renders discretionary additions of rooftop solar beyond what code mandates economically unviable.

Compare pg&e rates to ladwp and smud for the same building. Nothing more to say. You can imagine the internal political pressure Newsom feels from pg&e’s union to kill what the public wants. Hence the fake “energy equity” justification.
