The moves by these politician open their communities up to more potential liability when people get killed or injured.
I'm waiting to see what, if anything, is done to improve safety on Vista del Mar once it's reversed. Beach parking wasn't only problem.

Certainly. The four lane road is a known deadly configuration. While it may satisfy some motorists, it will result in more liability.
