Thawing instructions: 1) Remove spinach from freezer. 2) Thaw at room temperature for four hours. 3) Carefully remove spinach from packaging. 4) Toss spinach in nearest trash receptacle.

That's MY way of dealing with wilted spinach (I only like it fresh and raw). I grow a lot of it though, my boyfriend loves it any old way. Including wilted, thawed, and gross.

Honestly guys this is perfectly viable for baking if you have an overage of spinach. Also works just fine for smoothies.
