    Correct . The idea of convoys to protect outbound grain shipments and certain imports coming into Ukrainian Black Sea ports is gaining traction -- as it should. Similar to "Operation Earnest Will" convoys of the 1980s, in which I participated.

    Did Scholz ask Zelensky if he wants this? Serious question, because a ceasefire without Russian withdrawal looks like it would, at this time, favour Russia and I have a hard time believing it's what Ukraine wants.

  17. It’s one thing for Putin to sell the narrative that the West would have sanctioned Russia anyway, invasion or no invasion (which he has been saying to the Russian public even before February 24th). No way he can make that same argument about Finland and Sweden joining NATO.
