    One thing I often want from a lot of mobile apps is to say "wait, you just loaded new content when I opened you, but I wanted to see the thing that was momentarily up - go back to that state." Never even heard of it as a named thing but I want it *constantly*.

    The way Trump has such a clear alpha/beta relationship with people must tie in to the authoritarianism he and his base subscribe to. It's very weird in practice to see him with Putin, who he clearly regards as alpha. Instant pivot from bluster and confidence to tail between legs.

    The thing about Mitch McConnell is he has, literally, no shame, and it enables him to say things like this and completely ignore his non-stop hypocrisy. The real bummer is that it makes him very effective at advancing his agenda, but only by burning our democracy as fuel. :(

    Our Democratic colleagues cry wolf whenever a Republican president nominates anyone to the Supreme Court. No matter their qualifications. No matter their record. No matter their reputation. It’s the same hyperbole. The same accusations. The same old story.

    Literally every single time I type the word "acquired" I have a PTSD flashback to Deus Ex 2 where we had a misspelled asset directory called AquiredDataText that we could never ever rename so I typed "aquired" for three years.
