Have you talked to anyone who has had luck un-suspending Brand Accounts? We're working with Cloud Support to unsuspend the first staff account after July 10 w/o luck so far. Please upvote this Feature Idea request if you have access: http://bit.ly/2MBKoTk

I've seen one report of an un-suspended channel, so maybe it works? But I've also seen a number of reports that Brand Accounts were suspended despite transferring primary ownership before the deadline. So it may not be working as expected.

So far, we have not had any luck unsuspending any staff Brand Accounts even after waiting 2+ weeks. We have staff that have videos that are completely inaccessible! I'd love to hear from someone in
#GSuite or@TeamYouTube or#GSuiteEdu that has some answers :)1 reply 0 retweets 1 like -

I don't have any official information, but another user posted that G Suite told them it could take 5-6 weeks for the unsuspension forms to be reviewed. Which seems unexpectedly long.

They told me 2 weeks, and they closed cases < 2 weeks. I reopened all of the cases to see if we can get a single one to access the brand account.
