Why do `kubectl run` and `kubectl expose` exist? `kubectl create service` and `kubectl create deployment` seems to be better? #kubernetes

people were trying to mimic the heroku flow. I agree with you, fwiw.
run and expose predate the create subcommands, which are coming, and I think the deployment one already exists
