Do any other large/active projects feel that they've outgrown #github? Anyone have a good experience migrating their projects off?

I think we are maybe using GitHub wrong. The monorepo is the problem. Keeping core core will help.
I've been trying to convey that message since 1.2 :-). We're now looking into #gitlab
