#Kubernetes PriorityClass isn’t very useful in a multitenant cluster.
If you give out a priority that is higher than default, it gets abused.
If you give out a priority lower than default, it’s rarely used.

We might be able to use it with forced coordination through validating webhooks (k-rail) and whitelists, but it’ll be entirely manual, not self-service.

Intent was to integrate with ResourceQuota, which is what we do in Borg. The SchedulingPolicy proposal would have enabled simple access control over priorities
