This is the second time in 3 days a car going 100 MPH slammed into traffic in Los Angeles killing multiple people. The first was in Rialto where 3 died on Tuesday. This one was in Windsor Hills and I'm hearing 6, maybe 7 people have died. Car culture is killing us. twitter.com/abc7chriscristโ€ฆ
