Irony: Having your video removed for copyright violation by a guy who himself violated BBC copyright in making his content in the 1st place.

@bfibbs 100's hours of hours to compile, and clearly makes a reasonable request that it not be re-uploaded, as content ID in effect.

@xanhugh Indeed, a (specific) reasonable request I did not see. I still wish we could have had a conversation first before you took action.

@bfibbs action is automatic when my content is identified. I get notified 24 hours before the removal. I did try to warn you of ID match

@xanhugh Were you to OK it (given the video's popularity and reach to distribute your work), might I again? Your conditions if so?

@bfibbs It would create legal problems should my work ever be bought on an exclusive rights basis. Cant give exclusivity if you have non exc

@xanhugh So, on the chance that that clip may one day be bought with exclusivity, you are denying its use for any other reason?

@bfibbs My basic rights as content creator grant me full control over distribution of my work.
