I'm sure it's a high number but, NO. I lived in a nice area of SF and we had a dealer one floor down. Residents have to work with police. Tenant moved away after a new owner took over. Organize with your fellow tenants, carefully.

Your key word is "arrested" dealers. Also, I think your numbers are off. The Tenderloin has long been a place to buy drugs and all kinds of illicit things. Bar tenders are known for dealing. Funny how they don't seem to make it into the numbers.
