Within the group of "misogynists" there is a group called "incel." It's not a Venn diagram so much as a 2-dimensional doughnut. No part of "incel" hangs outside the misogynist circle.

I don't see how. Anyone identifying as incel is upset because they think women owe them sex. That's textbook misogyny.

Yes. Not all misogynists are incel (who are far more "radicalized," angry and purely hateful) but all incel are misogynists.

Let's stick with isn't. They're capable of it. They just choose to assume they're entitled to sex and therefore don't do anything to make themselves actually someone you might want to have sex with. Then blame women for their own lack of effort.
