    Another edition of weekly stacks 🥞 GF using using vegan butter via , added chia seeds for a good dose of fiber, no sugar made strawberry “syrup” by smashing them and adding them to warm honey

    Here’s my go to dairy/lactose sub. I buy raw cashews/almonds when I can find them. Do my own butters, “mik” and “cheese” Don’t want to completely leave dairy? Maybe lower your consumption, corporate veganism is clearly not the answer, less consumption.

    A better way to slurp — cold soba noodles w/ kale & garlic, sesame seeds 👅 PS: once you’ve cooked soba noodles, drain, then add to cold iced water + rinse them with it. It’ll give them a glossy as opposed to sticky texture. 🥡🥢

    Still rainy & cold — made a veggie pho using brown rice noodles, used Fysh which is a vegan brand sub for fish sauce made from tamari, seaweed, rice vinegar, wasabi. Not bad at all! 🍜 🥡🥢
