It’s happened to me and I’ll never get over it.
I’ve seen it happen to a lot of people. Terrible. So sorry it happened to you.
Likely owned by MAGAts... Can't wait to see the fireworks when they come to take their land via emminent domain. It should be glorius.
(sic)...Eminent...
That wall is never being built, and if they somehow force it through, my generation will tear it down.
daaaaang. hit it girl.
There was a great NPR interview with border agents in 2016 wherein at one point they comment, something to the effect of, "We stopped taking the ladders down because we ran out of space to store them." Amazing that people think walls work against immigration in 2018.
Not 1$ for the ridiculous wall unless Mexico pays like trump promised.https://twitter.com/riotwomennn/status/1009782103108673536?s=21 …
The deplorables can start up a GoFundMe as Trump obviously isn't rich and can't pay himself. But they'll need a lotta $ to cover all the legal bills from the government stealing private land.
Exactly. You can't just take their land. I knew Trump didn't have the facts straight when he started talking about his Wall.
Remember during the campaign when the case of Trump trying to force an old lady out of her house using eminent domain came up? He didn't succeed.
I do remember it. His supporters don't get that Texas is the 2nd largest agricultural state in this country. And I don't remember where we come in rank for raising cattle. Texas land owners down south won't stand for it
Something that might be helpful as you explain the issue to people down there c/o @susie_chttps://www.texastribune.org/2017/12/20/united-states-america-v-15919-acres-land-more-or-less/ …
This is like Perry and his land grab for toll roads. Or eminent domain used in Hurst for a mall. No respect for people's private property.
Devastating to wildlife
