I’d really suggest people listen REALLY CLOSELY to what Beto is saying in the clip. He absolutely IS NOT leaving people unsafe, but he does believe there may be better ways to solve problems that police currently deal with. It all needs to be re-examined and new ideas tried.

I think he supports reform and reallocation of surplus funds, which sounds very Beto. Nobody wants to live in a society without police entirely. 🙂

I ran out of Twitter characters so I put “(w/ideas)” because he does indead have much more than the police budget in mind. The whole clip does tell all of the details. I hope people will watch the whole thing rather than just look at the parts I quoted.
