This is a very important statement that the RCA put out about the reestablishment of their DC court post-Freundel. That last paragraph is extremely relevant. In conclusion, do not meet this man in public or private for any reason: conversion, personal training, etc. Do not take conversion classes with him. Do not trust him that his conversion court is respected and/or automatically recognized, it is not.

The lack of objective criteria for completion and thus the discretion given to rabbi overseeing the conversion creates an unhealthy power dynamic that puts converts at risk of all sorts of victimization.
