    So, next time you're asked to check out / review someone's course design, try thinking "yes, and..." rather than thinking wtf. If you try to figure out why, you might just have a break through 'ah ha' moment. 💡⚡️

    yep... is important whether it is the empathy you have for learners when you design a course / learning experience or the empathy you have for other when you look at their work.

    I design courses, but I also review & teach courses others have designed. In those cases I always go for the "improv" method of 'yes, and...' I find that I can often learn a lot if I try to figure out someone else's path -
