@betalogue Yeah, Finder resuming worked for me until they added the system-wide feature, and it's never worked since.
Another restart, another slew of Resume failures: Numbers ’09 (no windows), Finder (older state), BBedit (not really running), Word (ditto).
Loading seems to be taking a while.
