Ask any doctor what the reaction was. They need $20,000 ventilators, not $500-$1,200 CPAP and BiPAP machines your dude sent them. Not only that, the doctors had to Apollo 13 them into usable machines for COVID-19 patients by inventing their own conversion protocol.
