So is it "binding and irreversible"? Dominic Grieve says we must "trust" the European Court of Justice. Which means it's not. @vote_leave
@Persixty @vote_leave the Rome treaty has its own court. The Tusk agreement does not "bind" the court. See Sir Robert Francis QC.
