Govt proposals for the £39bn Withdrawal Agreement are totally unacceptable without simultaneous EU agreement to a Canada+++ Free Trade Agreement . See why ⁦@RobDotHutton⁩ below. Brexit on WTO Terms we be much better.https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2018-09-10/u-k-brexiteers-are-said-to-brace-for-new-fight-over-eu-laws …

Most importantly, we must get EU to RoW back from NI backstop, or else we’re trapped between Norway+ or sacrificing NI.

Doubt that TM will want to remove the backstop, she's adamant that she's fully committed to it. It was probably her clever ruse designed to lead to Norway+ all along. Hence why she hasn't acknowledged that both customs authorities said that a hard border could be avoided 🤔

I think that is exactly right. May has used NI to foist her faux-Brexit full-BRINO Norway+ solution in an unwilling country. It's why #MayMustGo

But I also sense that EU are not entirely happy with this, as they know it does not make for a stable arrangement & they do not want May to get something less than Norway+ she can claim as a (UK) win.

Can I just ask what you understand by WTO deal? You do know that even the menu on the template deal requires negotiation - you are aware? And the idea of zero import tariffs would prove detrimental to our exporters as the other country won’t then renegotiate - you are aware?

If she gives them a penny, without a good, proper Brexit deal (leaving SM and CU), she should not only go down as the most failed PM ever, but the most failed British ‘human being’ ever!!

May just wants to go down in History as the PM that got us the deal, no matter how bad it is. We're paying £40bn+ for a pig in a poke that's no better than what we have now! Keep our money and walk away.

Not sure why Jenkin is tweeting this. It shows the Tories at each other's throats (as usual) and no prospect of a Brexit that will please anyone. The outlook is for years and years of this nonsense unless Brexit can be stopped.

The ERG is simply a disparate group of Tory backbenchers all with a different view of the destination. There is no coherent plan. Get over it.

At least ERG MPs recognise how detrimental the May/Robbins remain #Chequers plan is & are working to develop a better scheme. Unlike MP maybots who will settle on the sub-standard, will vote through the Art 50 Withdrawal Agreement that doesn't deliver #Brexit & harms the UK union

Theresa May & her government have had 2 years as she is responsible for delivery of #Brexit But she chose to lock up the plan under development by David Davis, Steve Baker & the then DExEU team, to develop a different plan in secret with an obvious remain focus - #Chequers

Really. If they were developing the plan usurped by May where is it, why not let us see it. A bit like DDs impact papers i.e. Non existent. There isn't a plan, each Brexiteer has a different opinion on what the "it" in Brexit is. 199 days to go.
