But why have you heard about it? This is a result of an investigation arising from a complaint. The EU staff will not be perfect, but here the systems works so that when they have fallen short, the matter is publicly investigated. Westminster is not nearly so open.

Interesting to note that the complaints were raised by French and Dutch delegations which begs the question, what did UK MEP's do to challenge this?
