Two English people telling the EU what to do about Ireland doesn't play well. The reason the EU listens to Ireland is because Ireland is a member of the EU. Didn't know that the DUP was a country. I thought is was a very small UK political party. UK, a country leaving the EU.

The DUP have no standing in the EU, as a minority party in a country that is leaving the EU. TBH they would have only minimal standing in the UK, and would have been completely ignored if the government had a majority.

Bernard. Face facts. Your leader is slowly strangling Brexit and by the time you MPs realise that we Leave voters will have faded away disillusioned and disgusted with the death of democracy
-
Please, please fade away... Come back when UK is again playing the role that it should, as a confident, enthusiastic and influential member of the EU

DUP does not represent NI. Why should anyone, least of all EU, listen to it?
-
Yeah. What Fiona said. The younger generation of NI do not agree with the DUP or their dinosaur views. And we are the people who will have the deal with the consequences of this shambolic government.

What’s the point of Dexlu? Raab is a bag carrier ! All negotiations are done by an unelected Civil servant along with a deceitful non commital to Brexit PM! “Brexit means ..... what ever the EU tells me it means “

The EU, further, recognises that the DUP is a political party that, in particular in this respect does not represent the views of the majority in Northern Ireland. It especially does not represent the views of the people that LIVE on the Border, over 80% voting to remain.

Because Ireland will remain a member of the EU post brexit and two former NI secretaries pro brexit Tory's are not independent expert's and 2 years since brexit and non sign of the mystical technology

Hmm
. Why does the EU listen more to the country that supports it than to the one that ridicules and insults it? Tough one.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

Well All you have to do is to say what it is, where you buy it, how much it costs, how it works with other systems and processes, what users have to do to use and access it Non existent technology is called vapourwar With you two liars it could equally be called hot air ware

Suggest you read Tony Connolly's book "Ireland and Brexit". Regulatory divergence is not fixable with technology. Tories utterly clueless. Days of dictating anything to Irish are over.

Ireland is a member of the EU and therefore the EU pursue Ireland’s interests. Why is that surprising?
