Freeman appears to be overplaying it. Both No10 and DD office say only agreement is to discuss. Not concessions or bringing back of amendment.

To be fair, it's incredibly confusing understanding the intricacies of the legal jargon in the amendments and with so many, it's difficult to keep track.
