as i said: the term expat is a corprate term. mexicans on h2b ag worker permits are not considerd part of the "expat commuinty"
they never refer to Mexicans and Central Americans who live in the US for a couple of years and they return home as expats. I agree with MS.

Corporate class is what it is. Expat is the definition for relocated corporate or government employees.
