Anybody seeing this when debugging UWP apps such as Edge? I'm getting these intermittently; seems like there's a bug in Debugging Tools for Windows but I'm not sure what causes it or how to avoid/fix it.pic.twitter.com/e1WV2u3Y1P

Looking at the dbgsrv command line, I see nothing obviously invalid. It does contain `-p ### -tid ###` (prolly process/thread id). Could it be this process/thread is killed before dbgsrv has had a chance to attach?
