Scale: Last year, JFK Airport alone handled 59 million passengers. That averages to ~6500 per hour, or the amount of people in the caravan. Hardly a number the US is unequipped to handle. And they march together not be an army, but because they flee the same horrors together.

Y'all who keep suggesting this have really lost the plot. Every year a group comes north together. The only reason it's a new event to many Americans is because much of the media ignored it until Trump & co started ginning up xenophobia & conspiracy theories over it this year.
