@monkbent But they can still make a large screen for all jobs-to-be-done at home and NOT call it a TV. BTW it runs TV channel apps, too.

@monkbent I find it problematic Steve Jobs was so fixated on margins, while riding PR of Apple being hippie-founded company of greatness. -
@monkbent Rather "problematic" in that solving the issue wasn't primary reason to just do it, margins were reason not to, to say "no." -
@ScooterComputer when Apple talks about building great products, making money is a part of that. The difference is it’s not the #1 priority. -
@monkbent It wasn't simply making money…it was making A LOT of money. Their current cash pile reflects that level of ambition.
