@monkbent the implication that Disney (or others) will creepily approach you is a bit rich. Inefficient if nothing else. -
@mrgan agree. I wasn't judging either. I think it sounds very convenient. -
@monkbent We used Magic Bands at WDW this Christmas—the stay was faster and smoother for us and for the park. A win-win that sells itself.

@monkbent to me, I’m failing to see why this is so awful in an inherently public situation. Where are you private at an amusement park?Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

@monkbent we used the magic bands in August. They were very convenient, and no creepy action was taken. Lots of creepy potential for sure. -
@caseyliss yep - I look forward to giving them a try (look closely, I wasn’t judging) -
@monkbent right, I know you weren’t. :) I’ve heard a lot of flack for the bands but see them as a net positive for both parties. -
@caseyliss as is the case for most of this privacy stuff.@drdrang's "Free" remains one of the best pieces on this:http://www.leancrew.com/all-this/2013/05/free/ … -
